✿ 现货 & 预购 /  Ready Stock & Pre-Order

现货  / For Ready Stock :

收到付款后的一两天内 发货。(除了星期六，日及公共假期）

Goods will be sent within 1-2 days after payment made.

 (No service on Saturday, Sunday & P.Holiday)

预购 / For Pre-Order Stock :

预购风险将会全由顾客承担!/ Pre-order risk should be bear by buyer !

截止日期 :   每月的15及 30号中午12点。

                      (超过12点付款。一律当下一期的预购来处理。） 

预计到货时间 :  从截止日期起，2 - 3个星期之内会把货送给买家。

Closing date        :   Every 15^th & 30^th 12noon. 

                                   (Payment after 12noon will be considered as next batch)

           Estimate Arrival Date :  Send out the products within 2-3 weeks 

                                                       after the BATCH finish.

(1)          所有缺货商品不会事先通知。但会在截止日期后100% 

    原银付还。请不用担心。

There are no prior notices about out of stock item. 

For this case, payments made are refundable.

(2)             我们无法承诺， 您所预购的货物一定跟照片一模一样。

     因为这是海外预购，我们也无法看到实物！但我们向

     您保证我们只会向值得信赖的厂家拿货。

We CANNOT guarantee that your pre-order goods are exactly 

same with the picture.This is due to we import from oversea and 

we also cannot see the goods.But we can ASSURE you that 

we will only order goods from reliable supplier.

(3)             如同时间订购现货和预购的商品，可以选择等预购的商品

     到后才一起发货，或者分开两次发货(但须付两次邮费）。

If you order ready stock & pre-order stock at the same time，

you can either choose tosend your goods together with pre-order 

stock when we received it OR send it separately(send the ready 

stock 1st) but you need to pay twice the courier fee.

恕我们直言，比较心急的买家请不要参与预购。

(任何询问货物几时到的sms,email,msn我们一概不会答复）

Please don’t make order if you are impatient. 

(We will NOT answer any sms, email or msn regarding the stock status.)

敬请各位买家耐心等候及多多谅解我们，为了避免不愉快的事情发生，

请下单时务必三思。

Please be patient and understanding us while waiting for your goods' arrival.

✿ 所有商品的价格都是定价，不得议价。价钱不包括邮费。

Prices are fixed, not negotiable& postage is not included.

✿ 如果您是对品质，色差，尺码很讲究的买家们，建议先想清楚

    才下单。我们所提供的货物均属中等品质。

For those buyers which have perfect principle / high demand on material

and quality, please think carefully before order.

✿ 为公平起见和方便于库存管理，Beauty Ask Center  将 

   不设留货服务，发货的顺序一律以付款顺序为准。

          No reservation. Orders are processed on 1st come 1st serve basis.

   

✿  货品寄出后，恕不接受颜色不喜欢，尺寸不符合身形，没有

   想像中漂亮，太薄，车工不整齐, 脱线，小污点, 穿了不舒服 

       等理由退貨 (通常白色的布质都会比较薄，介意的请尽量

   不要选白色。）

Once items SOLD, it will not be exchangeable, returnable or refundable.

(We do not accept the reasons of color different from photo, size 

cannot be fitted, small stain, off-thread, not up to my expectation, 

uncomfortable, changing mind &etc.)

✿ 我们会仔细地检查货物，以确保货物是零瑕疵地送出去。

We check all our products for quality & defects before sending them out.

✿ 本店将不会负责所有商品在运送过程中所导致的遗失或损坏。

Beauty Ask Center are  NOT responsible for any damages or 

losses  during shipping.

✿    收到货物后请麻烦在这里报个平安，以避免有寄失这问题出现。

如果7天内没收到任何通知，我们将确认您已收到货物

 (不提供面交）

       Kindly notify us once you received the goods. If we do not hear from 

        you within 7 days, we are assuming that you have received the goods.

✿ 恕不接受任何更改, 退款或取消已付款的订单。除非缺货，

    才会100%退还汇款。

There are no any changing or cancel orders after payment made. 

Payments are NOT REFUNDABLE unless out of stock.
